Mattoon Country Club
The Mattoon Golf and Country Club, a member-owned private club, fosters a sense of fellowship while offering family-friendly recreational and social activities. As a non-profit, we prioritize fiscal responsibility, aiming to maintain a premier golf course, quality dining, and amenities for the enjoyment of members, their families, and guests.

Over the years, the clubhouse has undergone several remodels. A second nine holes opened in 1972, a swimming pool was added in 1966, and tennis courts in 1986. The most recent updates in 2018-2019 included a full renovation of the St. Andrew's Pub, a new deck, upgraded restrooms, and improvements to workspaces, carpeting, ceilings, and the sound system.
